The quality is not compromised in anyway - the same designers that used to design corporate websites of high quality are going to design yours as well.

Is the website actually custom made?

Yes, these are custom made according to your preference. No, we don't just take a template and customize it for you.

Are there any hidden charges?

No, absolutely nothing. The price you pay includes web development, hosting and domain registration charges. There will be an annual renewal charge to cover hosting and domain registration charges, which you will have to pay no matter who develops your website.

How is the web design process? Do I get what I want?

Before starting the design process, we will let you tell us what you want. The colour schemes, layout, look and feel, examples - you will tell us your references. Don't worry if you are not sure about what you want – we will show you examples and let you choose.

Is the website actually custom made? What if I don't like the final design?

You have a chance to suggest the changes you want. We will try to make changes as you wish. You have one free round of changes you wish, included in the price.

Will the site be ready in one week?

Yes. Only condition is, you should reply to our emails asking for your opinion and review, within 12 hours. Any delay from your side could affect the completion time.

What about maintenance, any changes in the future etc.?

We will be hosting your site with our hosting partner and you can contact us directly in case of any issues. If you need any changes to your site in future, we can do it for a small fee.

What is your payment and refund policy?

The payment is to be made upfront, because we need to pay the hosts, domain name etc. up front as well. The design is going to be custom-made for you, we can't resell it to anyone - so it needs to be paid up before we start. But we are confident enough to offer you a refund, in case you do not like the design. We will refund you the price minus domain registration charges, in case you are not satisfied with the work. Yes, no questions asked. Design is subjective and if you are not happy, you get your money back.
